How do you order with Parcel Up?
To place order for Taobao items, you need to do the following:
1. Go to the Taobao order system login page, register, and enter the order system.
2. Go to the Shopping cart and submit your chosen items by providing links to Taobao items in the dedicated field or selecting the items directly in our catalog.
3. Submit all the items you want to buy from Taobao, add your shipping address, and click the “Submit order” button.
Once you create the order and have the order number, you must make the first payment. After your payment is confirmed, we will process the purchase.

To search for items on Taobao on your own, you can use English Taobao Categories translated from Chinese.
Order procedure
- Submit your Taobao order in the order system.
- Make the first payment for items you want to buy from Taobao (item price* + our service fee).
- We buy the items for you as soon as we receive your 1st payment.
- Your items arrive at our warehouse within 1 – 5 days. We check them for visual defects, take photos, repack and weigh them, and then tell you the international shipping fee, your second payment.
- Once we receive your second payment, we send out your parcel the next day and give you the shipping details within three days of shipping. You can track your parcel from China using our tracking number.
- You receive your parcel approximately within 7 – 40 days (DHL, FedEx, UPS: 5 –15 days, EMS: 7 – 28 days, Air Mail: 15 – 40 days).
