Service
We offer a purchasing service and international shipping. Per your instructions, we purchase items from Taobao.com and Tmall.com on your behalf and deliver them to you using your preferred shipping service. Please note that we do not sell any products. We may provide links to third-party sites, mainly Taobao.com, solely for your convenience.
Forbidden Items
There are some forbidden items that you cannot order using our service; they are as follows:
– Virtual goods, such as mobile phone recharge, online game coins, etc.;
– Gambling. Like online casinos, raffles;
– Tobacco. All cigars and cigarettes are forbidden except e-cigarettes;
– Prescription drugs and drugs. All prescription drugs and illegal drugs are prohibited;
– Firearms, Weapons, and Knives. Such as Kubotan, Nunchaku, Knuckle, Disguised knives, Turtle knife;
– Counterfeit goods or imitation commodities, such as fake branded bags, shoes, clothes, accessories, etc.
– Mature audience products like adult DVDs. Sexy lingerie and adult toys are allowed.
– Laser Pointer >5mW;
– ModChip such as DSTTi, Acekard; M3i Zero, Acekard; DSTT; EZ Flash, N5 Revolution; SuperCard; Itouch DSTT, ACE Kard etc.
Items Forbidden For International Shipping
Please take note of the restrictions for international shipping.
The following items are forbidden for international shipping: medicine, DVDs, products containing powder or paste-like and liquid substances, arms/weapons, and all items that resemble the items mentioned above. Additionally, batteries can be shipped only in small Airmail packets weighing under 2kg. Food can be shipped only in vacuum-sealed packages. It is essential to familiarize yourself with the import regulations in your country for the type of items you wish to purchase from Taobao. Please be aware that we are not responsible for customs clearance in your home country.
Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect when you place an order is stored in our database and is only used to fulfill your order and process your payment. We do not store any other personal data on our online server and will never share this information with any third party. Read the Privacy Policy.

By providing us with your email, you authorize us to contact you regarding your instructions and to keep you well-informed about your order process. We will not email you about anything unrelated to your order.
Transaction Security
All payments for our services are processed through a secure gateway using PayPal or any major credit card. We do not retain or store any financial information.
Delivery
On average, domestic delivery takes 3-5 days to reach our warehouse. We cannot guarantee the duration of international shipping as it does not depend on Parcel Up.
Below is the average delivery time for international shipping:
Air Mail (China Post Air Mail): 15 – 40 days;
EMS (China Post): 7 – 28 days;
DHL, FedEx, UPS: 5 – 15 days.
The delivery time is determined by the destination country and depends on the speed of local customs clearance and postal services. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery as this is beyond our control. We always make an effort to provide timely information and updates. If online tracking does not appear within 10 days of the shipping date, or if the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, we can inquire about additional information regarding your parcel.
When using our service to purchase items, you must familiarize yourself with the import rules for items bought from abroad. If necessary, you are responsible for paying customs duties.
You must keep close track of your parcels. If there is a delivery delay, please contact the designated courier services agency or inform us immediately to inquire about the reason for the delay.
The risk of losing or damaging your order passes to the delivery company upon international shipping.
Cancellation
You may cancel the order before we start purchasing items. In this case, we will refund the total amount of the first payment.
You can cancel an order after purchasing goods only if the seller agrees. However, in this case, we will not refund our commission. If the seller has already shipped the items, we will not refund the shipping fee, and you will be responsible for shipping the items back to the seller. Please be aware that if the item has already been purchased, cancellations may not be possible. Some sellers or stores do not accept returns, and in those cases, you cannot cancel the order.
Refunds and Returns
If the item meets the seller’s description, fulfills your request (color, size, configuration, etc.), and has no defects, it is not eligible for return and refund. Only items significantly different from the photographs and descriptions provided by the seller can be returned. Please note: some Taobao sellers do not accept returns or exchanges for correctly shipped items, and in such cases, we cannot facilitate returns or exchanges.
Please note the following information:
If you want to return or exchange an item, you will be charged 35 yuan for this additional service. You will also be responsible for any shipping fees involved.
To request a return or exchange, please visit your order page and use the corresponding option next to the items. If the seller agrees to a refund, we will return the goods. Your order will be updated only after the seller refunds us, at which point we will recalculate your order.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we cannot guarantee its accuracy at all times. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in the content. Additionally, while we assist in the purchasing process, we do not have control over and cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items you choose to purchase. We are not responsible for the seller’s actions, the items they list, or any allegedly fraudulent items. While we ensure that our services are provided with reasonable care and skill, we do not guarantee that the items you order through Parcel Up are error-free, accurate, or complete.
We will not be held responsible for any claims related to the performance, non-performance, delayed delivery, or defects in your order. It includes any special, indirect, economic, or consequential loss or damage, regardless of the cause (including loss of profit or revenue).
We will not be held responsible or liable if the package is returned to us, damaged, or confiscated due to customs clearance issues. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check your country’s customs laws.
We are not responsible for damaged packages, or packages returned to us if the designated courier service fails to deliver your package after multiple attempts due to your absence at the delivery address.
