To place a Taobao order using the Parcel Up order system, you should register on our website with an active email address and your chosen password. A verification mail with an activation link will be sent to your email address; you then need to click the link to activate your account.
Registration and activation of your account on our website are free.
Activation (and verification) of your email is required to validate your email address and confirm that your email can receive notifications from our order system.
We recommend you register with a frequently used email because we will send the notifications about your order processing to the email you used for registration.
If you did not receive a confirmation email after registration, make sure that you have entered the correct email address. Perhaps the email was placed in the spam folder. Try to look for it there, and if that is the case, please add the sender’s email to the list of verified emails to avoid receiving future notifications about your orders in spam.
If you have not received a confirmation letter, please sign up at the Taobao order system again using a different email address.
