We are announcing our new name, Parcel Up, and the launch of our new website!
Taobao FOCUS is now Parcel Up, and we are launching a new website: parcelup.com! For existing customers, all account information remains the same for the new website. Parcel Up provides shopping services from online marketplaces (e.g., Taobao & Tmall) in China and offers domestic (within China) and international shipping options.
We are excited to announce that we are rebranding from Taobao FOCUS to Parcel Up and launching a newly designed and upgraded website, parcelup.com, starting August 26, 2021. This change meets our growing demand and offers a broader range of services.
For over ten years, we have provided shopping and shipping services to help customers purchase from Taobao and Tmall, where the name Taobao FOCUS originated. We are grateful for what we achieved with Taobao FOCUS and have strived to overcome many challenges. Still, we need a new name and identity to expand to other marketplaces and shopping platforms and distinguish ourselves from Taobao.
Parcel Up is a shopping agent that helps customers worldwide buy from different online marketplaces in China and ship domestically and internationally. Our accumulated experiences and expertise make us confident in providing quality services and constantly exploring more options to meet customer needs.
We are thankful for the continued trust and support from our all-time customers. We hope to deliver a better customer experience through the new website with a new interface and functions. For all existing customers, please use the same login credentials to access your accounts. Please rest assured that you will find it easy to use and navigate around, just like usual, as the website structure, content, and shopping processes remain the same.
A few new functions are still under development and will be added to the website soon. In the meantime, please contact our Online Support Team if you find anything not working correctly or have any suggestions. We would love to hear your feedback!
We are also working to allow shopping from other marketplaces and provide more options for shopping and shipping from and within China, so stay tuned!
