Parcel tracking – Updates

Recently we have updated parcel tracking function on our site.
Now you can track your parcel from our website and directly from your order page!

In this tutorial, we want to show how it works in details.

How to track a parcel using updated functions?

You can access tracking from any page of our site. Just press on the Delivery Tracking button shown as below (highlighted in blue box).

Now on this page there’s a new gadget available for tracking parcels. It consists of three elements:
Drop-down Menu – for choosing different shipping services;
Tracking Number Field – for inputting tracking number;
“Track” button – to simply click it to track.

To track your parcel, first select the delivery service of your parcel from the drop-down menu. Then enter the tracking number you receive in your order, and click on the “TRACK” button.

Next you will be redirected to a page displaying the tracking result as shown below:

Yellow highlight box – the language selection panel for the tracking results translation;

Orange highlight box – displays tracking results of the destination and origin country;

Blue highlight box – displays tracking results of the destination country;

Dark blue highlight box – displays tracking results of the origin country.

Please note: tracking data of destination country may not be displayed immediately. It may take time to update information online. No need to worry. Just see the tracking data of the origin country (usually displayed in Chinese).

To translate the tracking results to English or any other language, mouse over to the language selection panel, select the desired language from the drop-down menu and then click on “Translate”.

The translation will be done automatically and then you can view parcel tracking results in the chosen language. For example, see Fig. 3 for the translated page in English.

As mentioned above, the tracking is also available directly from the order page now.

How to track parcels from your order page?

Go to the page of your shipped orders. On the right side of the page, find the Online Tracking button next to any tracking number and click on it (highlighted in red box in Fig. 4).

Our system will automatically recognize the track number and redirect you to the tracking page, shown as above in Fig. 2.

To translate results into your preferred language, please refer to Fig. 3. To learn about location of your parcel, please see Fig. 2.

These simple steps will allow you to track your parcel just in one click!
